Shipping policy

Processing Time


All orders non-custom are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom orders will ship within 5 days after final design is agreed upon. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates


We ship orders using USPS and other major carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and routing are outside of our control.


Shipping Address Accuracy (Very Important)


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
• We ship to the exact address entered on the order.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
• Orders that are forwarded, delayed, or returned due to address issues are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.


Tracking & Proof of Shipment


All orders include tracking information.

An order is considered successfully shipped once the carrier shows the package has been accepted into their system. Carrier tracking updates serve as proof of shipment.


Delivered / Not Received Claims


If tracking information shows that an order has been:
• Delivered, or
• Forwarded due to address instructions or address issues

The order is considered fulfilled.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered or forwarded by the carrier.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Carrier Delays & Issues


We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Address forwarding by the carrier
• Weather delays
• Service disruptions

Once the package leaves our facility, liability transfers to the shipping carrier.


Returned to Sender


If an order is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Unclaimed packages

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes


We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that involves:
• Proof of shipment
• Carrier tracking confirmation
• Address forwarding
• Delivery confirmation

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in refusal of future service.
